Arnie Asks "What To Do With Surplus?"

http://www.newsahead.com
"California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced a state-wide election for November for the public’s help in deciding how an unexpected budget surplus will be handled. Several other "ballot initiatives" will be decided on, but the poll is seen less as a matter of issues than as a vehicle for "The Governator’s" political ambitions. The nickname stems from Schwarzenegger’s fame as The Terminator in the movie by the same name.

A positive response to four issues on the ballot is expected to encourage Schwarzenegger and his supporters to test the waters for his run on the United States presidency in the 2008 election."
