Schwarzenegger Meets Israeli Minister
"Shalom told Schwarzenegger that he would be happy to see California, who's economy is the fifth strongest in the world, to open an interests office in Israel, as 21 other American states have done. Schwarzenegger responded positively to the idea.

He told the foreign minister that the previous governor had closed all the state's offices around the world, but that he would reopen them, and that Israel would be one of the first countries in which offices would be established."
